PLEASE KNOW IT CAN, BUT NOT ALWAYS, TAKE A FEW EXTRA DAYS DURING COVID AND DURING A HOLIDAY, EXAMPLE: MEMORIAL DAY WHICH IS COMING UP. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. We will not be able to respond to emails regarding shipping times, so please note how long it will take to receive your item. We do not cancel orders once they have been placed. IN THE VERY RARE BUT POSSIBLE OCCASION, AN ITEM COULD BE BACK ORDERED ON A SIZE, AND DELIVERY COULD TAKE A LITTLE LONGER.We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If your package does not arrive, please call your local post office.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Sizing: Please make sure to check your sizing! We have size notes on sizes for every single item. Some tops are womens, some are unisex sizing.
Due to the nature of our sales, we do not put codes in after a sale has been made if you forgot to add it. If you have a problem and the code isn't working, you must email us first.
The Mom Life Co. will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. You will need to contact your post office if you are missing a package. The Mom Life Co. is not responsible for shipping charges or any additional fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes, etc. Customs fees can be added and that is a charge from your country, it's called tax. We are not held responsible for those charges.
All items are EXCHANGE ONLY for STORE CREDIT. Some items can be final sale if we aren't ordering them again. Shipping cost will not be refunded or credited. Shipping cost is paid for by customer unless it's a fault on our side. YOUR EXCHANGE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING ITEM or 7 DAYS FROM EMAIL RESPONSE. Please note all items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition. We do not accept returns and we do not cancel orders once placed

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE SENT OVERSEAS. IF YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED TO US, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST FOR THE PACKAGE(S) TO BE SENT A SECOND TIME.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO WASH MY SHIRTS?
WE RECOMMEND WASHING THE SHIRT INSIDE OUT ON A DELICATE CYCLE IN COLD WATER WITH PHOSPHATE FREE DETERGENT. TUMBLE DRY ON LOW OR HANG DRY.
